Use of time and care economy during COVID-19

In recent years, society has become aware of the gender inequality in which we live in LAC. Various policies have been implemented to close the gaps. However, the pandemic has had a major impact on women, their employment and development.

The objective of this work is to quantify, contextualize, explain the impact on it and propose a framework for action to mitigate/prevent these socioeconomic behaviors. A firm commitment on the part of all the actors in the sector.
