Unconscious Biases in the work environment

Unconscious biases are attitudes and behaviors that shape the way people interpret reality and make decisions.

With this course, Corewoman seeks to raise awareness of the problem of unconscious bias in men and women, and how it penalizes women's opportunities in masculinized industries, to play higher roles within organizations and in society in general. To identify unconscious biases that impact interactions, roles, microaggressions and gender gaps at work.

Expected changes

People reflecting on unconscious biases, increasing their individual knowledge and being able to start a dialogue regarding gender equity and promote their empowerment. It is an ongoing process in which we have to constantly learn, unlearn and relearn.
