As stereotypes are fixed ideas or beliefs about a certain group or population, they lead to positive and/or negative evaluations of people according to their age, ethnic origin, religion, political ideology, occupation, socioeconomic level, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
The consequence of this is that people are generalized, without taking into account their complexity, and some are preferred over others in certain areas, which can lead to discrimination against certain sectors of the population.

With this course, Corewoman seeks to understand what stereotypes are, the types that exist and their possible causes, as well as to identify the most common stereotypes in different sectors, and to have recommendations to break them.
